In response to the vigorous development of the global tourism industry in the 21st century and my country’s policies to promote the development of the tourism industry, the School of Tourism was established in 1996, which was originally divided into the Department of Hospitality Management (established in 1987) and the School of Architecture. The Department of Tourism and Leisure Studies (established in 1992) was merged into the Department of Tourism and Exhibition Activities in 1996. In the 2010 academic year, a new dual-degree program of international tourism and hotel management was newly established in the 2018 academic year. The 109 academic year recruited tourism. The college's master's class has become a tourism education college with four departments/programs and one master's class. The school's vision for establishing the School of Tourism is to establish an international standard, combining teaching in the three fields of food and tourism management, leisure and recreation planning and management, and tourism and exhibition industry, and to cultivate talents in the conference and exhibition industry. The bachelor's degree program of tourism and conference exhibition of our college is the first bachelor's degree program among universities in my country with the main purpose of cultivating conference and exhibition talents.

       The teaching of the college adopts the method of both theory and practice. It has a strong team of teachers and perfect practice facilities. More than 20 full-time teachers are recruited in response to the teaching needs of the college. More than 90% of the teachers have a doctorate degree and are continuously employed. 2~3 professional teachers with rich tourism experience.
